As part of our policy of strengthening compliance, particularly in the area of prevention of bribery of public officials, Shintoa Corporation will comply with the laws of Japan as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States, the Anti-Bribery Act 2010 of the United Kingdom and the OECD’s Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, and will carry out thorough implementation to avoid any illegal acts or acts that could be suspected of being illegal.
